We were delighted to welcome Mr. Dani, corporate chef of Costa Cruises and Ms. Amanda, procurement analyst to our F&B warehouse in Shanghai.
The workshop was organised to carry out sample testing and to build an electronic catalogue of food products.
This is an ongoing project between Costa Cruises and its long term partners to establish a standard in China of locally available produce. The catalogue will ensure consistency of deliveries in terms correct articles, packaging and quality.
