At the Narada resort in Kunshan, located just outside of
Shanghai and our headquarters, the
management of Golden Harvest from all our branches gathered last weekend for our mid-year meeting.
The day’s meeting featured a full program of
presentations by each department and office heads, reviewing
the performance of the past 6 months, proposing plans and strategies for the next half year and discussing
solutions for operations and improvements to interdepartmental collaboration.
An afternoon of meetings and presentations, several topics were discussed and ideas shared.
Golden Harvest President Tom Chen acknowledged the efforts and strengths of the team highlighted by the
positive results and sales growth so far this year. He is also confident that the next 6 months will see us
exceeding our targets, announcing that the monthly sales in July have been the highest in the company’s
20 year history.
The following day’s activity included a sightseeing tour of the historic canal town “Jin Xi“, providing an
opportunity to relax and catch up between friends. A lunch in beautiful
surroundings capped of the
weekend’s event.
